A facilitator is a PIKA member who organizes and leads a PIKA trip. To become a facilitator, attend annual training, usually in February.

Facilitator resource material
Ask participants to supply their data for the float plan using the Excel-based float plan participant form. You, as facilitator, paste the supplied participant data into the Excel-based float plan facilitator.
Before the trip, you send the float plan to the trip coordinator trips@pikakayak.ca
To complete a fill-able form, download it to your computer and open it with the Adobe Acrobat Reader or Microsoft Excel.
